    Questions

    The things schools ask first.

Alumni connect LinkedIn when they sign up, and Alumco imports work history, education, location, skills and industry. No surveys, no forms, no manual entry, and profiles stay current as people update LinkedIn.

That is the normal starting point. Invite alumni from whatever email list you have; as they sign up, their profiles build themselves. You go from scattered spreadsheets to a searchable directory without doing a data-cleaning project first.

A generic CRM expects you to enter and maintain everything by hand. Alumco is built for alumni specifically: LinkedIn enrichment, class-year tracking, nationality and industry breakdowns, local-alumni insights, and reports shaped for accreditation bodies. No customisation project needed.

Yes. Alumco produces export-ready analytics on alumni outcomes: where they live, what industries they work in, which companies, which universities. Schools use these directly in IB, CIS, NEASC and BSO reviews.

Yes. Each school gets its own branded space with its own directory and its own reporting, sharing the same underlying platform. Group-level roll-ups sit on top, so a head office can see across all of them without merging anybody's data.

A school can be live in under a day: upload your existing alumni email list, brand your space, start inviting. Most schools see meaningful sign-ups inside the first fortnight.

Alumni opt in themselves and control what their profile shows. Data is stored in the EU, consent is recorded per person, and anyone can update or remove their profile at any time without going through the school.
